I was so disappointed, I ordered a party tray the day before and paid, then went to pick it up the next day. They said no such order and no one told them about the party tray order. Fortunately I kept my receipt and showed them what I ordered and paid. Finally after half hour I got my order but wasted my time and I was 20 minutes late for the party.

Jimmy John’s need to redo their fast service advertisement. Especially at this franchise area. There’s no more fast service. No one is never there to answer for an order and when you get someone, there’s no delivery or it will take over 15 mins. Nothing fast about this!

The food was fine but there were no napkins in the bag. I was staying at a hotel so their towels ended up with an avocado schmear.
