I asked for a interior and exterior detail and there were many things left undone, rear window dirty, sun roof moon roof not cleaned, lots of outer parts not wiped down and paid more than originally quoted which was fine but I wanted a good job…they just blew it out and never vacuumed the cracks, door seals, truck bed. I would not use again

I have a beige interior Tahoe with leather seats. With four kids and two dogs in and out of it, it had 2 vomit incidents, 1 exploding diarrhea accident, sticky candy gunk, juice and milk spills, mud stains, crumbles in every crevice, dog hair and slobbered windows, and I was a previous smoker.

My car looks better than when I bought it. Jimmy was able to slide me in, do a 6 hour turnaround (removing seats for an extraction due to the smell), allowed me to empty my car on site so everything was there after, and has a cozy waiting area with all the comforts of home. He was kind, understanding, flexible, respectful, and compassionate understanding how bothered I was by the smell and look of my vehicle. Completely embarrassed as a busy full working mom. He was planning to take the day off, he took me anyway and charged me more than fairly. $400 detail with smell extraction, window steam clean, and leather reconditioning with an express turnaround so I could get my kids after school. Huge vehicle, amazing results, fairly priced for the labor it took. Thank you Jimmy. BEST SERVICE!

My van was a MESS. Jimmy did an incredible job, and it looks almost new! I can’t recommend him enough. Very professional, accommodating and truly cares about the cars he works on and his clients.
