First haircut, back in November, was great. Today I got shorn by Debbie way beyond what I wanted or have ever had in all my days. My medium length wavy hair was cut down to stubble. When I declared, somewhat in shock, "Wow. That is REALLY short!", her reply was, "Well, that's what you asked for.". Now I look just like the legion of older guys with buzz cuts -- and I have NEVER had a buzz cut. Can't wait for my hair to grow back!

I come to PT 6 or 7 times a year and stay for 3 or 4 days per visit. I have had my hair cut here and have been satisfied. This visit was different. The lady in charge was ktaking appointments like this is a salon. Three customers walked out ahead of me. When I was leaving she decided to take me instead of her next "apoointment". Lousy haircut. If you want to operate like Seattle go to Seattle. Not coming back!

I have gone in there several times with my son. The first two cuts were great! The several after that were beyond awful. This last one for my son, John literally put bald spots on his head. I've heard such great things about him in particular, I couldn't believe what an awful job he did and the the previous cuts from the other hair stylists. Never again.
