First time I've felt a need to write a negative review. If you care about your firearm, go to someone else because he doesn't. Just went back to talk to him after he worked on mine. Don' know if someone else had just pulled his chain or he wasn't about to talk to me about the bungled job. As soon as he saw me it was apparent that nothing constructive was going to come out of this. The goal now is to salvage my firearm at a cost of hundreds from a person who tries to come off as a professional. Not an asset to the gunsmithing trade.

I have been in once before and was ignored. Just tried calling to ask a simple question as I am in need of an extractor for one of my 1911s. I was brushed off and treated as if I was bothering him by asking if he carried anything! Avoid this clown if possible! I have my online cart full and ready to go from Midway USA but wanted to try and give some local businesses my money first. Apparently he doesn’t like people spending money in his shop...

The only master gunsmith in town. Jim is passionate and probably one of if not thee best gunsmith in America. He can build a gun from scratch, and make just about any part a gun needs. Only take your guns here for repair. Jim also sells some great guns. None of the trash that is sold elsewhere.
