He was very helpful to me on the phone. He was highly recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services.

Jim was very rude on the phone. Would not give me a straight answer on any question I asked. His condescending tone reassured me of his superior knowledge of transmissions. And ultimately convinced me not to patron his business by referring to me as a "yanker" before hanging up on the conversation.
