I went for the first time about a week ago. A gentleman helped me and suggested their Vertex e pen. Less than a week later I went to return the e pen because it would not screw onto the battery it came with. The limited speaking and thinking girl behind the counter (owners pathetic wife) was more interested in which exact day I was there instead of trying to help or even look at it. There was also another man there who only spoke if I made him. Both kept speaking Chinese and wouldn’t even try to help their customer. Clearly they are desperate to sell a $10 pen instead of backing up their products or offering any exchange. Maybe the $10 will get them training on how to be a real successful store owner and communication skills. NEVER go to J&J Tobacco....EVER!!!!

Bought two vape pens neither would take a charge, so we went back got a new charger and still nothing. Went back to talk to him and he said its my fault! Never going back.
