Jimmy was great! I texted him at 1am after my dog had thrown up over all the rugs at my house and he arrived promptly at noon that day (11 hours later!) to get rid of all the stains. I am so so grateful that he was so responsive and got the stains out of our rugs.

I came across Jm Carpet cleaning on a FB grout cleaning post. I was a bit hesitant as the flooring after they cleaned looked brand new. Contacting and making an appointment was easy and Jimmy showed up promptly at the scheduled time. We have not cleaned the tile and grout for many years and when Jm was finished it was just as their video post. Our tile looked brand new. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Jm. Great job. Thanks.

They did an amazing job on my carpet, couch, and rug, and made them look like new. They worked pretty quickly and were thorough.
