I was incredibly impressed working with JM Landscaping for every facet of my patio project I had completed a couple weeks ago. The owner, Jay, was always quick to respond by both text and calling. His quote was incredibly reasonable, and he was willing to be flexible in terms of adding smaller items to the project and was very upfront and honest on the price of each element. His crew of three were all easy to work with, communicative and hard working. They showed up on time each morning and worked incredibly hard for the entirety of the day. As with any project, little details and problems popped up and Jay was always quick with a call to talk out the options so I could make an informed decision.

The materials used were of good quality and the installation looks fantastic! We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I can say that the organization and timing of material pickup, dirt disposal, etc. was all very well thought out and there was no wasted time during the course of the project. We were originally told the project would take 4-5 full days but ended up getting done in closer to 3.5 days even with our list of additional work which is always great to have your project done not only well but early.

I also really appreciated how involved Jay was with the project, a lot of times you will see the owner at the beginning and end of the project, Jay was there every morning to make sure the plan was clear and everyone was on the same page which is always great to feel so assured of what is planned for each day. I cannot recommend Jay and his team highly enough and I would definitely hire them again for any future landscaping needs.
