I love the vibe of this shop! The staff is all very nice and they know their products inside and out. They always seem to have great suggestions if you are undecided on what you want to get it what you may or may not like. They have an impressive selection of products and seem to have new things every time I go in. I love the bargain bin section because I can find some great deals on the things I am looking for. Talking to the staff you can tell they are very much a part of the community and they support the towns various events and charities. The customer loyalty rewards are a nice touch as well. I REALLY appreciate that I don't have to drive to Lacey or Lakewood to get what I want, so that is a bonus.

The young man that helped us was fabulous, he provided great customer service to my friend and I. He was able to make good and quality suggestions. Because he took the time to answer our questions and ask quality questions based off of what we said and asked. That's because he took the time to listen to what we had to say and ask... I've worked in customer service most of my life on all different levels. As a manager I would definitely want him on my team, because he does one of the most important parts. He takes the time to listen to his customers so he can provide the best service he can to each individual. It's also obvious he enjoys doing the best he can and his customers walk away satisfied!!!! You don't find many employees that are as amazing as this young man. I hope his employer knows what an amazing employee he has!!!
