This may be a long review but, I've lived in my house for 11 years so bear with me. When I found this place, it looked perfect in pictures, but I was 1500 miles away, Andrea Jacobi went to the house, took the extra pictures I needed, reserved the place with mailed check, was ready with the paperwork the day I arrived, and I was able to move in that evening.

Throughout the years I have had appliances break, as you'd figure over 11 years, and each one has been replaced quickly with little to no work on my end, only scheduling to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my life.

Andrea has always been attentive. When I have run into her around town, she has always recognized me, come over to say hi and ask how things are, more as a person and a friend, rather than a property manager would. She has called me back about an issue while she was on vacation, and was able to schedule an emergency visit from a handy man. When I send emails with a joke and an issue, she fixes the issue and fires back another joke.

If I wasn't moving to DC, I'd continue renting from her, and that should speak volumes in itself.
