Posting on behalf of my mom. We got James’ number from our neighbors because our washing machine was making loud noises. She called him and she said he’s a very respectful and honest person. He gave her advice and said that we need to replace our washing machine. Apparently, he told her that he usually comes over for an investigative visit but said he knew right away that it wasn’t necessary, from what my mom told him.

Purchased a washer/dryer set from JNB March 12th of this year. Both appliances were faulty upon arrival. The washer leaked and the steam option on dryer was non functional. Almost a month and a half later both machines have been fixed. What really annoys me more than buying faulty appliances is the fact that the sales person who sold us these machines said absolutely nothing regarding this situation. Gave me the impression that she made the sale and couldn’t be bothered to follow up with a courtesy call/apology. Didn’t expect her to come round and do our laundry for us but at least recognize the fact that you just might have unhappy customers and acknowledge the error! Sometimes saying nothing says a lot!
