So many items to choose from, and at such great prices. I have been working on making body pillows and their fabric section is to die for. There is a theme/color/texture for everyone. Always check the clearance sections, joann's regularly has great deals on quality products.

Worst customer service at a Joanns I’ve ever experienced! I typically shop at the Gresham location just about weekly. I had placed an online order for several skeins of yarn, they did not have enough skeins to fulfill my full order. I called this location right when they opened to see if they had the dye lot I needed, the manager Jennifer answered the phone and was extremely rude. She said she was not about to dig through boxes, I told her I wasn’t asking for her to “dig through boxes” however I was just asking for a regular inventory check (walking over to the shelf to look) she told me she doesn’t have the time to be looking for it and I need to come into the store to check for myself. I told her I wasn’t about to drive 35 minutes away just to potentially not get what I came for! I even supposedly had clearance yarn on hold but she could not verify it was there! They’ve lost my business! DO NOT come to this location!

Might be one the nicest Joanne’s I’ve been in, the prices are all reasonable and the store feels bright and fresh. The selection is very nice and I’m not sure what people are complaining about, it’s like they want the store to be absolutely cluttered or something.
The high ceilings are very nice and makes the store feel not claustrophobic like some other Joanne’s I’ve been in.
Any negative reviews about customer service have to be from disgruntled boomers who want someone to cater to their every need; all the employees were super nice and attentive.
