JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Chain providing a wide range of fabrics, plus sewing & arts & crafts supplies (most offer classes).

I went there twice to get materials for making earrings. The selection was very small and many of the items were very old. I hate to say it but Hobby Lobby has a better selection and so does Amazon.

The manager is always friendly & informed. It always seems like the floor staff are familiar with their products & eager to offer help or suggestions. There's so much fabric packed in this store as well as so much more (jewelry supplies, ribbon, scrapbooking supplies, seasonal decorations, home decor, etc.)

store is old and run down musty smell when you walk in prices are not that great either
