I have taken yoga classes with Joanna on and off at different locations for several years and have always been deeply impressed by her. She is a fantastic teacher - extremely knowledgeable, safe, genuine, kind, adaptable and very, very good at what she does. I also really appreciate the genuine, quiet humility and integrity with which she teaches. In an era of fast-paced and flashy yoga studios she is, steadfastly, the real deal.

Turning 76 yo tomorrow, and so grateful that I have been taking Johanna Dunn's online courses for the past 3 years. First came Yoga For Your Feet, then her brilliant Yoga For the Aging Body. A little challenging at first, but now I love doing Downward Dog and challenging myself to try some of the harder balance poses. The hour long practices have become an integral part of my daily life, keeping me limber and healthy. Thank-you Johanna!

I attend yoga and meditation retreats with Joanna Dunn again and again. Whether it is an hour's yoga practice via Zoom, a day of silent meditation, a weekend Nourish and Nurture retreat, or a week-long immersion in yoga and meditation, I find Joanna's kind instruction and deep experience and wisdom powerful antidotes to the haste and mindlessness of modern life. Joanna helps me to carve out meaningful experiences that have a lasting effect on the quality of my life. I highly recommend her as a teacher and retreat leader.
