Difficult to get there, but well worth the effort for the adventurous spirit with a 4WD who is willing to rough camp and likes hiking. As described in the book "Historical Guide to San Benito Mountain & Joaquin Rocks," this place is a mysterious ancient spiritual landscape with rich outlaw history and breath-taking views. Best enjoyed during the spring and summer solstice. Recommend minimum 2-vehicle group with a 2-4 day visit plan. No to very limited cell phone service. This is very remote place with rare visitation, but an unbelievably amazing experience! Three days will touch your spirit … a week will change soul.

I'm sure the view from Joaquin Rocks would be great, but I couldn't get there! Locked gate/private property/no trespassing etc.
I'll take down my review if someone can tell me how to get there. Meanwhile, eat the rich! This should be public land.
