Jodi helped my partner and I purchase our first home together. From start to finish she was attentive, understanding, and flexible. She has a broad reach of homes, connections, and insight which truly made our experience easy. She was able to take all of our needs into consideration and found multiple homes that were within our budget. When we walked the homes together, she was extremely knowledgeable, gave input when asked, and shared advice for topics we were unclear of. Without her we wouldn’t of been able to purchase our dream home, and we refer our closest friends and family to Jodi, knowing they’ll be in good hands.

Jodi is a very experienced real estate agent. She had the insight on how to proceed when the bidding got started for the house we wanted. We only had to make one move and it was all done and they accepted our offer! She is a genius and has absolutely perfect communication skills. I have never seen anyone respond so promptly to my emails. She is truly a gem and will know how to make purchase of your dream home happen.

We feel so fortunate to have selected Jodi to work with on the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning she was very thoughtful and helpful. We needed to sell our current home, and she had created a research guide on the strategies of buying and selling a home at the same time.
We were also unfamiliar with Brentwood; and her knowledge of the community, both real estate/finance people and services in the community, like fencing and solar were so helpful.
Jodi was very accommodating of our schedule and had excellent communication skills throughout the entire process. She gave us sage advise and helped us win the bid in a multi-offer situation.
