Kathy Bader has has been my agent for many years and has always taken excellent care of my insurance needs, and she is truly a pleasure to know. Joe Neel - State Farm has been able to keep my rates low with good coverage that when compared to others, cannot be beat!

We called Joe Neel's office to ask some questions. Kathy Bader answered - when we were done, we ended up with increased coverage at a slightly reduced premium rate. Coverage went up, premium went down. Thank you Kathy for your great customer service.
