Highly recommend this business. I got stuck and they were so helpful and nice the entire time I was on the phone with them. I ended up getting helped out by a person passing by, but this business was still so willing to help out. They even called me an hour later to make sure I was okay and made it out safely. 10/10 recommend doing business with them.

Saturday night my car needed an emergency tow on a back road just outside of Carlsbad, NM. Joel picked up straight away, gave me a quote & his guy, David, was there within the hour. David was professional and kind, and got my car unstuck quickly, then led me back out to the main road. I tried to tip David for his service as I was so thankful & relieved to be headed back toward town safely. He respectfully declined the tip and wished me well, just asked that I leave a review, which I am so happy to do. Highly recommend Joel’s Heavy Duty Towing!

Great fast service! When you’re broken down in the middle of nowhere on a lease road in New Mexico and Joel tells you he will rearrange the schedule to get you taken care of, well you just don’t find that kind of service very often out here. The wrecker driver was, quick,courteous, and quite the gentleman. I highly recommend this company and they will always be my first call when I’m in New Mexico.
