DO NOT ORDER from this company. They have the WORST customer service. I was going to write my own review, but once I read the first review I figured I would just copy and paste that review. Considering it is word for word what has happened to me.
“They took my money and did not put together my order of for weeks. I recieved my tracking number 2 days after my order... everyday I would check the status and after 8 days and the order still not ready for pickup I called... there automated message said not to leave a message and to email... I did as asked and Donna gave me a automated email saying they are 7 days behind and that she appreciated my patience... I responded that I expected a better answer than that but she could care less.. She said they get 10000 orders a day and she was not going 2 take the time and figure out where my order was... Wow... That's customer service for you... It has been 9 business days and the order is still not packaged for USPS to pickup... This company that literally uses " Fast shipping and the best price" as there slogan... talk about a lie”... Jay Nuffer
DONNA, you really need to learn better customer service skills, your current skills are very POOR.
