Johan is AMAZING !!!

Extremely thankful we had the pleasure of working with him as a realtor. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable on his market base and advising us on what needs to be done for the sale of our home. He had it on the market and sold in 14 days. I can not say thank you enough to him for dealing with my quirks and what I was looking for as a buyer and a seller. The transition has been extremely smooth and not overwhelming like I had anticipated.

Hopefully this is my last home purchase but if I had to do it again I would definitely use Johan no doubt and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know in the market for buying or selling a home.

I was searching for the perfect house, for me. I knew what I wanted. Johan was very, very accommodating, patient, calm, kind, sometimes funny, and certainly knowledgeable of the entire Southwestern Washington area. For three months during early winter, we looked at homes. It was frustrating at times because my new home didn't just jump out at me! But through it all, Johan stuck with me, continuing to show me homes I had picked out from online sites, even though he knew the houses were not what I was really looking for. Of course he showed me homes he picked out too. Finally, we found a home that would work for me. For the last five months I have enjoyed making the house my home. I am in a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Additionally, Johan hooked me up with a great Loan Officer. Escrow was completed in about 20 days and I moved in a few days before Christmas,
