I met Johanna many years ago when she helped to sell our neighbor's house after the wife of an elderly couple passed away.
The husband moved to an assisted living facility.
Their daughter who lived in another state has contacted Johanna to take care of every single aspect of the procedure and sell the house.
At that time I have already worked from home, so I witnessed of the every day activity.
