They'll take your money but they won't respond to most of your emails, won't answer questions, they'll let you get blindsided by unexpected fees and court actions, and they generally proceed in a disorganized way without a plan and no useful feedback. I SO regret having chosen this firm. :( But once you are engaged, changing horses midstream is very expensive and risky too.
