Great optometrist, really takes his time with his patients. The staff is extremely helpful as well, that always make you feel welcome.

Really old and outdated equipment, plus the expensive frame broke less than two months in. They wanted me to leave my glasses there for weeks to fix it.

Re: owner's response: I was never told of the replacement policy, nor was I offered a replacement. The only option I was given was to be without my glasses for 3 weeks while they fix it.
