Sewer backed up into bathroom toilet, tub & floor 3pm. Called John and his crew were onsite by 5:30pm, cleared blocked sewer and cleaned up bathroom fixtures. Crew were professional, polite and friendly. Whole experience, except for problem, was a joy and pleasure. Highly recommend John Gleason Plumbing. Austin Garcia is a nice young man who works for John Gleason. Austin showed up 15 minutes early on Friday, May 21, 2021 when we needed our kitchen sink unclogged because it was beginning to show signs of a slow drain. Austin did everything he could to try to unclog the drain, but it appeared to be a clog between the home and the street. Austin believed the snake he was using was not only strong enough, but not long enough. He went back to the shop to get a longer and strong snake, returned to the home and within an hour, he got the line unclogged. Austin was persistent and confident that he could get the repair done before needing to do any serious work like digging out the pipe near the street. John the owner called me that morning to confirm the appointment, also followed up during the appointment and followed up after the appointment. This company was referred to me by our neighbors "The Williams". I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Austin for taking care of business.
