Omg!!!!!!!! There is nothing like feeling loved the moment you walk into this place...Awesome..Greeted with unbelievable hospitality and customer service ....Christina is the Real Deal ..Very thural .Her senerios vs reality really makes you come to understand the real meaning of protection from your insurance company .. I have a whole new meaning of the word "umbrella" and Trust me when I say I may have saved 15% with gieco but I saved 50% today on what Progressive would of tried to get me for.. Thank you so much Christina and crew.....for explaining everything to me and welcoming me to the Family..Its hard to find good honest ppl nowadays...I will refer everyone to you...

So unsatisfied with Christina the agent I had and her staff. I called days before my payment due date and they did not fkng cancel my insurance i called and say the same thing she just said she was confused about what I wanted to cancel when I repeat my self more than 4 times. Next thing I see all the money was taken out my bank account and she won't refund my money back I am not asking to get the previous month money back which was going to be just for like 2 days only I was just asking to get refund my full amount for the new month it was not my fault she was confused when i had called her so many times she was always absent. So careful or they might steal your money and not refund it back make sure to call costumer service they might understand better than her and they WILL CANCEL it when you call.
