The South Hill office of John L. Scott is absolutely awesome. I don't often write reviews. But, I felt compelled. From the time I walked in with My Wife, we were immediately greeted by a VERY friendly gal named Carol. Note: If you're ever having a bad day...Just go see Carol. It's impossible to not light up around her. LoL. The office is very clean, neat, and EVERYONE I encountered was high-spirited, easily approachable, and not one person even batted an eye to answer my million or so questions. Two BIG THINGS that REALLY stood out: 1) NO PRESSURE. Unlike other companies I visited, there was no pressure. It was like being greeted by family (the family that you ACTUALLY like...lol). A fun, yet warm and calming ambience radiates from the office itself and those that work inside. 2) (Maybe not a huge deal to most...) A clean bathroom! LoL. My Little Girl had to potty. Not only were they accommodating, the bathroom was pristine. LoL.
Seriously though, FIVE stars!
