Being an Agent with John L Scott is amazing. The knowledge and professionalism of the Designated/Managing Brokers is 2nd to none. I have learned an incredible amount and because of their expertise use that to help my clients find their dream homes. I can't wait to see where this career takes me!

We were out of state buyers who did not have a chance to actually walk through the house so we depended on this real estate agency to walk through for us show us videos over the phone. The upstairs living room had carpet in it that was probably original with the house from 1950 she said it looked okay for now and there was maybe a small stain in the corner of the dining room where she thought the previous owner kept her litter box or her cats after driving two and a half days from Minnesota the realtor couldn't meet us at the house and left us a key, upon entering the house there's a strong smell of cat urine which anybody could have noticed walking through the house, 3 days went by and we still hadn't heard from our realtor, you'd think she'd want to meet us after conversing over the phone and by email for six or seven weeks,needless to say she didn't want to see either one of us it was happy to cash her commission check, we spent $7,000 ripping out the carpet and replacing it with new flooring, we couldn't move our stuff in until we had that done because it smelled so bad, if I could rate this agency a negative star I would do it

I highly recommend Cory Bemis for your realtor. He figured out where my place was in the market and then proceeded to get it sold. Cory gave me weekly updates and advice about any concerns I might have. I was never left to feel that my property was being neglected. I believe doing the calculations to price my place fairly helped in getting it sold without it lingering on the market month after month. With that in mind I got more money out of it than I dreamed I would when the sale was complete. Cory is professional, honest and very personable. I’m one happy seller!!
