If 10 stars was available, I would give this team 10 stars. What I learned is the Real Estate Agent you choose not only needs to know how to get your house ready to sell, but they need to have the team to do the work...WHEN the work needs to be done. Brian had the all the different teams needed to repair the porch, touch-up the paint inside and outside, replace the roof, map and stage the interior, clean up the exterior yard and and post the house on the web by our deadline. The work done raised the sales value of the house by $300K. The house sold in 2 days for more than asking. What a GREAT TEAM and what a painless experience. Be sure the Real Estate Agent you choose has a TEAM that can do the work needed-- WHEN needed. I would highly recommend Brian & Patti at John L Scott from West Seattle.
