We have now had the pleasure of having sold and bought a house with Bryce at this agency! He is literally the best agent we've ever used and is on top of his game! He treats you as a person and not a number! We just closed on our home less than a week ago and had the smoothest closing I've ever had the privilege of having! If you can drag us away from this property down the road you'd better believe that we'll be listing with Bryce again!!!!

Tanya Headrick has been absolutely amazing throughout this process ! She was more than a realtor and truly an advocate for us. As first time home buyers this process is all new she is so knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn’t pushy at all and truly wanted what was best for us through this process. I recommend her for anyone who wants to buy a house.

Realtor should spend more effort trying to get max $$ for their client's listing and less effort trying to get the client to accept less. To John S : review what it means to be a fiduciary. To those seeking a listing agent : find the best possible negotiator and pay full commission if you have to, you'll end up much further ahead.
