If you’re scrolling through and trying to decide what company to use for your heating/AC etc., needs, then stop right here! Colin, owner of John Sadler, is the best. He was amazingly patient and went through various options and possibilities as I was deciding what to do. I never felt it was a “one size fits all” situation or ever felt that I was being pressured into making any decision that I wasn’t 100% sure about. Colin was in constant contact to ensure I had all the facts and various permutations in order to make this work for my townhouse. He was upfront about costs and possible rebates, and never promised more than what I could actually get back, unlike what I see other companies touting. If it sounds too good to be true, then run the other way! His install crew was awesome. Quick, efficient, pleasant, on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate all they did, so a big shout out to them! I highly recommend Colin and his company. You truly will not be disappointed.
