I was able to close escrow within 14 days! I really appreciate how John dedicated to his work. He is knowledgeable and answers each questions without hesitation. He never made me feel bad to have a simple questions or asking same questions. He answers phone, text and email quickly. Or he will call you back quickly. He promised the day for closing escrow, and he did. The day I had a meeting with my escrow agent, we needed to print out some documents. We did not have a printer at the place. My escrow agent who never met him before asked him if he can printed out. Luckily his office was not too far, but he drove to the new home to bring the copied document within a half hour! There are more to say about his work! I am sure you never regret to have him! Oh!! and I switched from other company because he gave me the lowest rate! It was fun to work with John.
