I’m giving 1 Star and if I could give zero stars I would . I’m sure Dr Droesch is a great doctor , I unfortunately never got to experience any time with him . But I’m writing this review because of the awful experience I had with his scheduling department. I have gallstones and I found out almost a month ago after winding up in the ER . The ER doctor referred me to him and I called the next day to schedule a consult and eventually a surgery for removal. The nice ladies couldnt reach his scheduling & Never got a call back after calling 3 times that same week . After a week and a half and calling 4 times and stuff unable to get ahold of scheduling i talked to my OBGYN ( I’m 6 weeks postpartum of having a baby) && she was infuriated. It’s been less than a week since she sent a referral out for me and I’m going in for surgery TODAY . As I lay here getting ready to go back , I realize I still haven’t gotten a call from his scheduling. So needless to say, if you ever need surgery , this scheduling department isn’t going to Help you . && A message for Dr. Droesch ; you should probably look into this situation because you just lost a patient due to their lack of work .
