John is a consummate professional as well as an excellent hand-holder when required. I had 2 other financiers telling me it was okay to go ahead, but the fact was, it wasn't going to be okay for me and John helped me to see that. In addition, he gave me solid advice on what I need to do to make financing viable in a year or two. I understand that the job is to get me financed, but not when it will be to my detriment. I hope to buy a house in a couple of years, but it's gotta be the right thing for me. I am indebted to John for helping me avoid a major mistake. In addition, he really knows his stuff! The plan we came up with only didn't work due to my fiances, his strategy was totally sound, the same as the 2 others suggested.
