My wife and I dropped in to look for clothes for my wife. The two female sellers behind the desk were arrogant, snobby and showed no interest in selling anything. So we quickly left - even though they have some nice clothes there. But - there are other places to shop - one part of a good sale is the item for sale - another part is the service personnel selling the item. No sale if one of those two parts is not in place. But of course - it is the owner prerogative to decide how to run the business.
