John's Plumbing and Pumps has done several jobs for us, over the last year or so. We've been 100% satisfied with them every time. The first job was in response to a problem we had with the water supply to our house from our well. The pump was running increasingly more frequently to maintain water pressure in the house. I called John's to make an appointment. I explained what was going on, and I told them I didn't think it was a full-blown emergency, but that I did feel it should be looked at soon since it was getting progressively worse. I was hoping they could look at it within a day or two. They were, in fact, here just about two hours later. The plumber (Spencer) diagnosed and was able to correct the problem pretty quickly. Having the check valve and other fittings required to do the job on his truck was a big plus. The bill was actually less than I'd expected it would be, too! We've also had John's do a couple of upgrades for us. We had them install a new additional water filter and new gas piping for a propane range and storage tank. Both of those jobs were completed quickly as well. Spencer has been in charge of each job that John's has done for us. He's very knowledgeable, works efficiently, and he works safely. He's had help on a couple of jobs, and all of them have also been great. Kelly has been my main contact at their office. She knows the business well and is very thorough when conveying to the guys doing the work what's going on so they're well prepared with what they'll need when they arrive. Not having to have a return trip to complete a job, when possible, is another big plus. John's has done really good work for us. They do it safely, and their prices are fair. We highly recommend John's Plumbing and Pumps.
