Friendly staff. It's a chain. We bought a Horizon 7 elliptical Nov 30 to use when the snow and cold weather hit. It was delivered and assembled (for $249) by December 10. Starting “clunking” and were told what to do to resolve it. Latter part of January it quit working properly and were told the brake was on. Went into the store January 29 and told Horizon would call us. No call after a week. We called Horizon. Got a message after waiting 10 minutes-”service no longer available” and call ended. March 1st is the first appointment to get it fixed. Doubt we’ll need it then. We can return it for $250 restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for the $249 delivery/assembly. $500 and no product after it quits within 2 months!

Tom was great to work with and gave me all the details to make an informed decision. I didn't feel pressured that he was making a sale which was extremly nice.
