The folks at Johnson Point Labs (JPL) are wonderful to work with. They run a clean, professional kennel with true love of their dogs.

The kennel facilities are some of the best I've seen in my 30 years of living and working with labs (see the book "Best Hikes with Dogs: Western Washington" for my personal experiences with labs).

The JPL dog yard is large and very dog friendly. And the puppy barn is clean, with good heating/cooling for the youngsters, and professionally maintained.

Bottom line: This is THE place to go for labs in Western Washington.

UPDATE: our Mabel is now a year old, and is one of the best labs we’ve ever had (4 in 35 years). She is smart, healthy, and beautiful.

Johnson Point Labradors is a good breeder. Once they confirmed we have the puppy, they sent emails to us every 2 weeks to update the puppies status and attached information for us to prepare before the puppy comes home. They provide excellent service, making sure the puppy is microchiped and helping you make sure it is registered properly. All of the information they provide really makes a big difference when you are preparing for the arrival of your new puppy!

Johnson Point Labradors made everything so simple, accessible and knowledgeable for all of us. We're so impressed at how transparent their process, start to finish, is. The puppy we picked out is going to be a Service Facility Dog for a PD. She has been so well handled, exposed and socialized from birth to the time we picked her up and it is evident in her training! We highly recommend Johnson Point Labradors. They were worth flying out of state for.
