We have a 2002 Mazda MPV that we use when we are in the area. It is an old car that has given good service but at that age it is hard to justify putting too much into it. I recently did the brakes and and routine service on the car myself without issue but I was troubled by a shaking of the car that seemed to be a failed wheel bearing.
I was able to get the car into Jones Automotive very quickly and that day they diagnosed the issue as two bad tires. That seems like an unusual failure but after replacing the tires with an economical set of tires, the car drives beautifully.
Rachel seems to be the brains behind this operation and I very much appreciate her help in getting this issue resolved. The shop has a good vibe; the problem was explained to my satisfaction and I did not feel pressured to buy my tires there but when you find a business you can trust, it pays to support them.
