WoW!! Stay away!!! This place needs to close!!! I'm happy for all of you who have had good experiences. My father took his Officer Uniforms there for years and years. I don't know what has changed BUT Jones staff has become the worst form of unprofessional, rude and insulting people to their customers!! We had my daughters wedding dress altered through Jones. The qhetto woman who did the work RUINED the dress, adding cheap materials and broken clips on the back. The woman made us drive to her house in Corona! ! Her house was filthy with dirty diapers on the floor. When we asked for our money back this woman called my daughter and insulted her!!!! When we went to Jones to get our money back, they were really rude, telling us the dress was fine. Little did they know this woman was stealing from them too!! Haha Karmaaa!! She told them she charged us $50 so she would owe them $25 when in fact she charged us $175!!!! To top it off, we finally got all our money back, but the rude staff at Jones told us they were not going to give us the dress back and that they were going to throw it away and that it was the ugliest dress they've ever seen!!! Who says that to a bride!! Please don't support this place anymore. They need to learn how to take care of their customers when things don't go well. They are quick to take your money, but treat you like crap when they screw up!!!!
I recently brought my scrubs in to have them dry cleaned. The were very affordable, $6 for a pair or $3.75 for a top. My scrubs looked great! I wore them the whole night and they still barely had a wrinkle.
The people were also nice and informative, and they even let me change in their dressing room so I could head straight to work. This is a great mom-and-pop type dry cleaners that still holds quality as a standard, not a bonus. I'm glad I found them and I'll definitely be going back again!
