Jones and Lewis was amazing through the whole process after my mother passed unexpectedly 2 months ago. They were accommodating to everything I needed. They took care of transportation, cremation and the memorial service. Without Ashlee specifically I don't think I would have made it through. She was caring and let me call her whenever I needed to. She answered every question I had and was patient with me even when I wasn't with her. They took care of everything I needed including the small details of the memorial so I could focus on grieving.

Jones & Lewis were extremely compassionate and caring at a time of extreme grief and sadness. Ashlee guided me through the process with kindness and caring. This is the second time I have used Jones & Lewis. The previous time was just as comforting and caring. I highly recommend Jones & Lewis.

Working with Elizabeth and Ashlee relieved me of most of my stress and anxiety. I was in panic mode when I had my first contact with them, and they quickly led me to a clearer understanding of what we needed to do. If I ever need this service again, I will definitely use Jones and Lewis Memorial.
