Buying a forever home or finding the perfect rental is probably one of the most stressful things a human can put themselves through! I really need to give Jonny a tremendous amount of gratitude for making my real estate experience something totally worth it! He's helped me research so much on different properties that would fit my needs and my budget! We met Jonny at an open house he was hosting which we toured previously with another agent. He followed up with me the next day and see if we were interested in the property still and had a quick consulation with him. He was able to provide us some key information on the property. Once we decided on a number, he helped us beat out 3 other offers while getting our accepted lower than asking price! During escrow period, he was also able to help us negotiate a fee from seller to help cover our closing as well. We had a couple of minor hiccups during escrow but Jonny helped calm the situation and we were able to close successfully and we are so happy with our new home! If you need an agent to help you find your next home, Jonny is your guy!
