Very unimpressive service and incredible lack of knowledge for what you're paying for. Went in with a very simple task looking for a little guidance on my purchase and when I was being "helped" by one of the employees, it was like talking to a brick wall.
If you know what you're looking for here and don't need help, go right ahead, but if you don't know much about formal attire and want some assistance, I'd take your business elsewhere.

we've been really happy with the great deals and excellent customer service here. This would be a 5 star if it weren't for covid 19. I want to pick up a tux for a wedding and there's absolutely no communication available. Very disappointed, and stressed about recovering the tux I purchased.

Walked in to check out tux rentals, the woman who greeted me immediately passed me off and acted hassled when I mentioned I was there to rent 6 tuxes instead of buy. I was one day under their cut-off for "rush ordering" so wanted to tack on fees ($120 total) for the tuxes i needed and the man I was passed to seemed overjoyed in explaining that to me. I mentioned having other options and was going to check really quick and they were VERY happy to say goodbye to me, obviously didn't want my business or wait for me to make a quick call. Seems like they need the money though, empty store with bored associates. So happy I went with Men's Wearhouse instead! Got treated like gold, no fees and professional employees.
