First off the receptionist told me the wrong time when I had to make an appt because they weren’t taking walk in’s. The same issue happened with the person right behind me but that person had a far worse attitude about the mess up, yelled a bunch and walked out.
Excellent Doctor! Took the time to review my chart before my urgent care exam. Said if I was still having issues to call back the next day. I was so I did and he’s just a temp Doctor due to staffing shortages. The receptionist was dumbfounded on how I could contact him or who I could talk to. I ended up going to my primary care Doc anyway so it was a waste of time. MultiCare urgent care should really get their act together. Train their receptionist and have a plan in place when they do have to have a fill in Doc to take care of patients follow up. The actual Doctor was wonderful and I hope he has a very successful practice one day.
Great staff and Dr. Kreilkamp is awesome!! He's an amazing P.A.. He truly listens and cares about his patients Thank you Dr Joe for taking great care of me and my Granddaughter. You definitely save me from me!! Your bedside manner and your nurse...your staff period rocks. This is why I followed you to this new clinic. Top notch!!
