We took the Josey Baker Bread sourdough class and it was fantastic. Great instruction, great atmosphere, great takeaways. Two thumbs up!

The mocha with non-dairy milk was perfect and so was the sourdough bread with almond butter and the ham and cheese croissant. Absolutely delicious. Haven’t found any bakery as good as this in NYC. Must visit if you are in SF!
