Where do I even begin how wonderful it is working with Josh?! As a local Realtor, I have worked with Josh on a couple of deals, and every single interaction is a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and resourceful. And some of my favorite things is that he would always keep me updated, always respond quickly, and always follows through on what he says he will do. I am so grateful to have him as a resource for my business, and I look forward to closing many more deals together!

Josh was a great loan officer to work with. As a first time homebuyer using my VA loan benefits I had a ton of detailed questions. Josh was extremely responsive about answering questions and also keeping me in the loop as the mortage process went through. I also appreciated his transparency in running the numbers on a number of different scenarios so I knew I was using my money the most effective way. I would recommend Josh to anyone seeking a mortgage officer.

Josh was by far the most attentive and detailed loan officer we met when shopping for our first house. From the beginning, he was always happy to explain any concepts we didn’t understand and was a great guide through the entire financing process. Josh worked hard to find us the best mortgage rate possible given our individual circumstances. He was an excellent loan officer and we look forward to working with him in the future.
