We loved working with Josh! He and his team were very responsive, detailed, and committed. We saw quite a few houses with Josh and he was endlessly helpful and supportive, even when we asked him to write offers letter late at night! He went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home, and he and his team are a joy to work with. I recommend him 100% if you need to buy a house in Vancouver!

We are first time home buyers and would like to talk about how wonderful our real estate agent, Josh Thomas, was throughout the entire process of buying our first home. From the very start, he was very communicative and listened to all of our wants and needs as we searched for a home. As a bit of a background, we were relocating from California to Washington- so things were done virtually a lot of the time, but Josh never missed a beat in helping us through the process remotely. When we decided to tour homes in person, Josh made appointments for us last minute to accommodate our tight travel schedule and ensure we saw the homes we wanted to see. After finding our home and making an offer, he was in touch with us almost daily, making sure we were on track to close and being patient and encouraging through some unique circumstances. He always explained things in a way we could understand, while respecting and validating our concerns and questions. By the time we reached the greatly anticipated closing date, we not only consider Josh a pivotal part of our first home purchase, but a friend in our new city as well. Thank you to Josh and his team for a wonderful experience.
