This place has horrible customer service. My home had a pool when I purchased it. Joshua's pool service was contracted by the listing agent to clean the pool prior to escrow. As I moved in, it was recommended for Joshua Pool Service to remain my pool service for two months and I called several times to schedule service, the phone was never answered and I was told to text. My text messages went unanswered and it took a conference call with my realtor to finally get someone on the phone. After fighting with the company they agreed to send a technician to assess the pool however no one came. As I contracted a new pool service they noticed an issue with some equipment that was repaired by Joshua Pool Service. I called and texted.. I still have not received a response. I'm very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this pool service to anyone. They lack good customer service, they have poor communication and they say they guarantee their work but don't return when issues arise. Please be very careful when obtaining services from them.

Josh saved our fountain! We went through several companies that couldn't keep the fountain clean or repair equipment in a timely manner. We've used Josh for several years now and it's great to not have to worry about how the fountain looks. Clean, reliable, with competitive pricing.
