We had a really great experience working with Eddie. He made the whole process of finding a loan as smooth as possible and answered all of our first-time home buyer questions clearly. We had talked with other lenders/brokers and none of them were as clear and direct as Eddie. He responded to emails and calls so quickly and we were able to close in less than 20 days. Eddie helped us purchase our first home and walked us through the entire process with care and detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and sharp with unmatched expertise. We had a lot of questions along the way and liked to have various scenarios presented to us and he was always willing to go above and beyond what we'd asked for with spreadsheets and data available right away. Eddie was prompt with quick responses and detailed explanations from start to finish and even when we ran into some bumps along the road, he did all that he could to help us close as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Eddie was hands down the best partner in our home buying journey and we will be returning to him in the future as well as recommending him to all of our friends and family.

Our experience working with Eddie was incredible. Eddie was very professional, extremely responsive, and very prompt with letting us know which documentation we needed and which financing options were available to us. He worked very well with our realtor to secure the best possible mortgage rate for us, and was able to find us a reputable investor and close our escrow in just 21 days! That wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for his responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. We highly recommend working with Eddie!
