The girls were on their cell phones or standing behind the counter. One girl should not be working around children. I don't appreciate someone yelling at my child while we are looking at merchandise together. I felt uncomfortable in the store and will never shop in an environment like that again. The staff should know if you don't like children then don't work in a store for kids.

I came in with my family and the store associate (***609) was such a pleasure to work with! I had a whiny toddler and she was so patient and kind! I will def be going back to get shoes from this location.

The sales guy is very rude. We asked if they have any slippers. He pointed to the slippers but we are not interested in the styles after we looked at them. Then he said: "go to target or payless if you want cheap shoes!" I couldn't believe he said so! We confronted him but he kept repeating: "that's what I'm telling you, go to target or payless if you want cheap shoes!" The management team needs to take a look at this guy to see if he has any problem, besides lack of custom service skills.
