Throughout my life I have needed many a shoes to habitate this world we live in. I’ve have shopped at many different shoe shops and corporate locations to seek some dope kicks but never really liked the customer service experience. A couple of months back I discovered Journeys specifically the Capital Mall Journeys in Olympia Washington. They are the coolest and most accommodating shoe crew I’ve ever seen! They hooked me up with all the vans shoes and Birks I could ever want. Most importantly though they have the best customer service around. Retail can be tough and breed jaded attitudes and resentment but not in this establishment! They always greet me with sincere kindness and respect! I highly recommend people buying their shoes and other accessories here! Keep it up Capital Mall Journeys!

This company is by far the worst experience I have ever had in retail! I bought a pair of toddler Nike’s online and they were too small. I called the customer service and was told it would be easier if I just go in store. I still do not understand how this company stays in business since absolutely nothing is convenient for the customer! They were unwilling to send the exchange right way and send a shipping label via email- (you know like Amazon, Zappos, DSW and Walmart) I go into the store (8/19/19) and what do you know they cannot find the shoe online. They found the shoe at the Seattle store and it was promised to be to the store where I was locate in three days. I called to follow up 8/23/19 and they still had not received the shoes. I even go on vacation and call AGAIN when I return on 8/27/19 and was then told the Seattle store “forgot” to send the shoe. Forgot!?!?!? Is this not a part of your job…like daily? Now they cannot find the shoe anywhere! I requested the district manager call me and was told he would right away. It has not been day two. There is absolutely no accountability at the store level all the way to the district manager. Customer service from corporate only apologized for the staff. Competition is tough out there and I definitely do not see this company in business much longer. I will ensure my friends, family and anyone else that will listen to stay clear of such horrible business practices.

My 6 year old went in and shyly asked a salesman if they sold Heelys. The salesman treated my son as if he was the most important customer there. He showed him the options, put the wheels in for him and demonstrated how to use his new shoes. Great customer service.
